Single storey educational facility, 47,000 square foot total area, for grades primary to grade 6, replacing the St. Anthony Daniel School in Sydney, NS.  The building structure/exterior facade is load-bearing tilt-up concrete panels. A 226 bed residence constructed on a hotel-style model including individual bathrooms, air conditioning and modern furnishing and full community kitchens.
