Work is currently wrapping up on the expansion and upgrade of the existing Eastern Passage Wastewater Treatment Facility for the Halifax Regional Water Commission. Originally constructed in 1974, the facility is being upgraded from primary to secondary treatment with capacity being increased to 25,000 m3 average daily flow.
