Services
Maxim delivers its services in a number of different ways, each dependent on the needs of the client. Regardless of the service provided, clients can be assured of the quality and professionalism of Maxim's staff and extensive in-house resources that are available to our project team.

In today's construction environment, there is a major emphasis on energy conservation and environmental awareness.  At Maxim, we have become proficient in both.  Most of our recent projects are either LEED certified or are in the process of being certified.

Our experience in health care facilities, both active and extended care, has given us a high level of expertise in infection control procedures and implementation of the same.  Stringent control of the building environment is necessary to eliminate conditions that might support growth of mold and bacteria.  The measures necessary to achieve complete compliance and the health and welfare of the end users are given the highest priority.

Maxim is committed to ensuring strict quality control on every aspect of our construction projects, from the initial document preparation, through to final commissioning.  In this regard, the majority of our people have achieved Gold Seal Certification from the Canadian Construction Association.

Safety is of paramount importance in every aspect of our construction projects.  Maxim has a stringent Safety Program in place and is certified by the Construction Safety Association.
