A mixed use facility for the Halifax Regional Water Commission to replace their existing facilities by combining several operations in the same location.  A two storey administration section with a storage /vehicle repair facility.   In addition to the main building, a separate Pre-Engineered Building was constructed to house materials needed for the daily operation of maintaining the water needs of the HRM. Tilt-up concrete exterior panels.
