Fountain House Student Residence, Halifax, NS
 
This 201 bed student residence was constructed as an expansion to the existing Howe Hall student residence on Coburg Rd, in the south end of Halifax.  Construction consisted of reinforced concrete structure with pre-cast concrete cladding.   This new structure was attached to an existing residence and issues of construction interference with normal university operations, including noise issues, were encountered and dealt with, with a minimum of disruption.
