This project was the first building on the new Gorge Road campus.  The construction of the new university teaching facility included classrooms, laboratories, cafeteria, gymnasium, theatre etc.  Building construction consists of a structural steel   frame, brick veneer and aluminum / glass curtain wall envelope.  Maxim worked closely as a team with the Owner and Designers to overcome budgetary issues during the front end of this successful project.
