Maxim is one of the largest and most respected General Contractors in Atlantic Canada, with offices in Dartmouth, NS and Saint John, NB.

Our people are our strength and as such Maxim is 50% owned by our employees.

Maxim was incorporated in 1992, and since then we have grown continuously. Today the company is providing Construction Services to our clients to a maximum value of $100 Million Dollars per year, all in Atlantic Canada.

We have experience in delivering projects in all sectors of the construction industry. Our areas of expertise include Commercial Development, Residential, Institutional and Industrial Construction.

Maxim engages in all forms of contractual arrangements, including Lump Sum Plans and Specification Bids, Design/Build Lump Sum Bids, Construction Management and Project Management. We tailor the contracts to our clients needs and best interests, thus ensuring maximum value to the clients.

Our client list include major retailers such as Wal-Mart and Canadian Tire, most universities in Atlantic Canada, including Dalhousie, St Francis Xavier and Mount Allison, all levels of government (Municipal, Provincial and Federal) and many major private developers in Atlantic Canada.
